Return Policy

If you find any kind of problems after receiving your product (such as physically damaged product, product does not function properly), you can receive replacement of your product. In such cases, please inform us by returns option in our website or through a call at 017 2020 2121 within maximum 3 days. In this case we will bear all shipment charge for this type of replacement.


Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

Delivery of wrong product.

Delivery of defective product.

Delivery of the products with missing parts



  • Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:


• Damages due to misuse of product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
